Fundraising FAQs

Funds raised through the SAFE Travelers Community Fundraiser support Bike/Walk Central Florida's SAFE Travelers Youth Program. Donations help expand opportunities for youth safety education in schools and communities, giving young people the knowledge, skills, and confidence to walk, bike, and roll safely for transportation and recreation.

As the program grows, funds may be used to support educational materials, community outreach, safety resources, and other initiatives that help create the next generation of Smart, Active, Fun, and Empowered travelers.
It is not a good idea to send a cash donation in the mail. You may drop off the cash at Bike/Walk's office, 100 E Pine St. Suite 110-74, Orlando, FL 32801. Please leave a note as to whom the donation should be counted towards.
You can't enter a check online. What you can do is enter a check as a pledge. This can be done in the fundraising section of your headquarters page. The status of the check will be pending until the check is received by Bike/Walk Central Florida.
